Fun Community Singing Workshops
Are you feeling overwhelmed or anxious about the ongoing wars around the world, or the political violence or divisions that seem to be getting worse? You’re not alone. Many of us are carrying deep stress, grief, and frustration as we witness so much suffering and hatred in the world. Here’s the good news: we can do something powerful — starting from within.
When we come together to sing songs of peace, we not only calm our minds and open our hearts, but we also generate ripples of healing energy that extend out into our communities and beyond.
